Please test your lights when you receive them! Everyone is happier when we resolve issues quickly.

Our warranty for all our products is 90 days of normal, seasonal use. If a product is defective or fails during the 90 days following receipt of your order, please contact us right away by replying to your order confirmation email. Please include photos of the issue and a photo of your product item number, if applicable. We will work with you to troubleshoot the problem, and if the issue is not easily and quickly resolved, we will correct the situation.

Shipping

Orders are shipped Monday - Friday. During this peak season, orders are leaving the warehouse in 1-2 business days. We are doing everything we can to process and ship orders as quickly as we can.

Orders are not shipped during the weekend or on major holidays.

Like-new, uninstalled products may be returned for a credit to the form of payment used during checkout. Please reach out to us to request return instructions. Reply to your order confirmation email us via our contact page. Orders must be returned within 30 days of requesting return instructions. After receipt of the return, the amount of the purchase price should be credited within 7 business days.

Warm Color Works Well

This light set arrived very quickly. I was looking for the warm versus the brighter white lights. They look good in the bottle I wanted them for.

Arrived on time. Product as described. Good communication with tracking number. Good quality product. So far I used it only 3 times. Comparing to CL-103CLRW 10 clear mini lights this LED's have a green hue - see attached picture (LED's on right and mini lights on left).

These lights are perfect to put in a wine bottle to use as a nightlight!

I only purchase LED

I bought five decorative wine bottles from Sellers on Etsy. The only issue I have is that every Seller does not use LED string lights as part of the purchase. I always have to replace their string lights by purchasing from this company and I’m so happy they sell the exact kind I need to fit my bottles. Every Seller that makes lighted wine bottles take note. You need to use LED string lights only that will last ten times longer than regular string lights that burn hot. The LED string lights are only a few dollars more, but definitely worth it!
