What is the difference between SPT-1 and SPT-2?

Can I only get the light portion of the 12 volt light sets? (Not get the adapter?)

At this time, we only ship a package that contains both the light set and a 15-foot extension.

Why is shipping so high?

We have negotiated the best rates that UPS and FedEx can provide and we pass on that savings. The rates you see quoted in our store don't contain upcharges. 

High gas prices. Inflation. We're all feeling it.

How do I track my order? 

Log into your customer account for order status. If you chose to checkout as a guest, tracking information will be emailed to the account entered when the order was placed.

Where do you ship? Do you ship to Canada

Currently, we only ship to the continental US, Hawaii, and Alaska. We do not currently ship to Canada or Europe.

When I submit my credit card information, is your site secure? 

Every page of our website is secured with a 256-bit SSL certificate which is designed to render information unreadable should anyone try to intercept it. We suggest that you do not place your order over a public wifi or any free non-password protected internet connection.

Orders paid by PO are only accepted from city and government institutions. If you need to place an order by PO, please call us at 817-926-4877 or via our contact page.

If you would like to pay by check, contact us  for instructions. Orders paid by check will be held until check is cleared. 

Will you sell my contact information?

No, we don't like calls about extending our car's warranty, either. We do not sell or share customer data. 

What payment methods are available?

We accept MasterCard, Visa, Discover, American Express, and PayPal. If your Venmo app is setup to make online payments, Venmo is available as an option if PayPal is chosen. (PayPal owns Venmo.) If you have issues with making a payment with Venmo, please contact their customer service.

What is California Proposition 65, and how does it apply to the items you sell?

All electrical appliances with insulated cords fall under the warning guidelines of Prop 65. Please see this common sense information from the State of California: Prop 65 Notice

Out of Stock Policy

Our stock is updated in real time but sometimes things happen. If any item in your order is determined to be out of stock, your order will be held and you will be contacted at your provided email and/or phone number to discuss alternatives or cancelation. 

Order Cancelation and Gross Shipping Miscalculation

We reserve the right to cancel any order in the case of suspected fraud. An online shipping quote is not binding and gross miscalculation will cause an order to be flagged and the shipping will be re-calculated. The customer will be contacted to discuss the revised shipping quote.
