90-Day Product Warranty

We warranty all products for 90 days of normal, seasonal use from the date you receive your order. If a product is defective or fails, we want to make it right.

Expert Tip: Test Early, Light Happy!

Please unpack and test your lights as soon as they arrive. Everyone is happier when we can resolve an issue quickly so your installation stays on schedule.

Easy Returns & Exchanges

Changed your mind or made a bad choice? We accept returns on eligible products that are uninstalled and ready to go back on the shelf.

Return Eligibility

• Condition: Must be unopened, unused, and in original packaging. (Installed items are not eligible).
• 14-Day Notice: Contact us within 14 days of delivery to initiate your return.
• Return Window: Items must be received at our facility within 30 days of receiving return instructions.
Return Shipping: The customer is responsible for original and return shipping charges. Items returned without prior authorization may be refused.

How to Start Your Return

  1. Initiate: Reply to your order email or use our Contact Page.
  2. Authorize: We will provide specific return instructions and the correct return address.
  3. Ship: Carefully repack and ship your items back to us within 30 days.
  4. Refund: Following inspection, we refund the purchase price (less shipping) within 7 business days.
