Warranty

Please test your lights when you receive them! Everyone is happier when we resolve issues quickly.

Our warranty for all our products is 90 days of normal, seasonal use. If a product is defective or fails during the 90 days following receipt of your order, please contact us right away by replying to your order confirmation email. Please include photos of the issue and a photo of your product item number, if applicable. We will work with you to troubleshoot the problem, and if the issue is not easily and quickly resolved, we will correct the situation.

Returns

Like-new, uninstalled products may be returned for a credit to the form of payment used during checkout. Please reach out to us to request return instructions. Reply to your order confirmation email us via our contact page.

Orders must be returned within 30 days of requesting return instructions. After receipt of the return, the amount of the purchase price should be credited within 7 business days.

Not really a purple

While the other color strands we bought were true to color, the purple strand (arriving in a box marked "purple") are actually an "aqua" color. The small strand of just 20 bulbs also give off quite a bit of heat, so if you're using them in a bottle or enclosed container, make sure it has adequate ventilation.

I purchase many of these sets for lamps that I make and they are perfect. I do wish you had bulk discounts though, as I but SO many sets with each order I place! The spacing between bulbs and the brightness is exactly what I need for my projects.

Work well for wine bottles

I wanted to put lights into wine bottles to brighten up the dark Wisconsin winters and these work well. 20 lights were just the right amount and the long cord meant I didn't have to drill a hole. Two things, though, first, the lights are the traditional mini-light shape, which is what I wanted, but not as pictured. Secondly, they look purple when they're off, but are pink when lit up.

I purchased these lights for a craft project of mine. The lights are quality and exactly what I was looking for. The only problem is that they are closer to pink when plugged in.
