Warranty

Please test your lights when you receive them! Everyone is happier when we resolve issues quickly.

Our warranty for all our products is 90 days of normal, seasonal use. If a product is defective or fails during the 90 days following receipt of your order, please contact us right away by replying to your order confirmation email. Please include photos of the issue and a photo of your product item number, if applicable. We will work with you to troubleshoot the problem, and if the issue is not easily and quickly resolved, we will correct the situation.

Returns

Like-new, uninstalled products may be returned for a credit to the form of payment used during checkout. Please reach out to us to request return instructions. Reply to your order confirmation email us via our contact page.

Orders must be returned within 30 days of requesting return instructions. After receipt of the return, the amount of the purchase price should be credited within 7 business days.

Return and original shipping charges are not refunded.

Best Place to Get Decoration Lighting

I have bought now multiple times from Christmas Light Source. I purchase many of these sets for lamps that I make and they are perfect. I do wish you had bulk discounts though! The spacing between bulbs and the brightness is exactly what I need for my projects. I use a variety of colours to personalize and customize my lamps.

Almost what I wanted

The color of these lights is fantastic! The only problem I have is the extreme amount of heat they generate. I bought these to use in a wine bottle, but the whole thing got really hot. I gave them to a friend to be used for another project. ** We have many customers who use these in wine bottles. Be sure not to overstuff bottles and don't "cap them off" with a decorative stopper which traps in the heat. If your lights were generating more heat than what one would expect from a traditional string of mini lights, please consider that it may be an issue with your outlet and have that checked out by an electrician. **
