Please test your lights when you receive them! Everyone is happier when we resolve issues quickly.

Our warranty for all our products is 90 days of normal, seasonal use. If a product is defective or fails during the 90 days following receipt of your order, please contact us right away by replying to your order confirmation email. Please include photos of the issue and a photo of your product item number, if applicable. We will work with you to troubleshoot the problem, and if the issue is not easily and quickly resolved, we will correct the situation.

Shipping

Orders are shipped Monday - Friday. During this peak season, orders are leaving the warehouse in 1-2 business days. We are doing everything we can to process and ship orders as quickly as we can.

Orders are not shipped during the weekend or on major holidays.

Like-new, uninstalled products may be returned for a credit to the form of payment used during checkout. Please reach out to us to request return instructions. Reply to your order confirmation email us via our contact page.

Orders must be returned within 30 days of requesting return instructions. After receipt of the return, the amount of the purchase price should be credited within 7 business days.

Disappointing

I was disappointed in the lights, but had to use them or forgo my tree (icicle lights work well on trees....easier to hide the wires). There were two problems: (1) the web site didn't state that the bulbs were faceted...every icicle light I've used in the past was smooth, so this was really disapointing). (2) They were really poorly put together. Usually I have to give up on lcicle strings when the wiring gets so loose around so many bulbs that they're hard to work with. These came with that problem, only worse. In a couple of places zip ties were used to keep them from separating more (white ties on green wire), but this in no way makes up for the poor quality. I'll add a third. I know that "warm" white is much cooler with LEDs than incandescents, but these are whiter, and brighter, than my coldest "cold" incandescents. The only reason for giving them a star is because they' got here....had I had the time, I would have sent them back. Given the price, they're no where near worth it!
