Warranty

Please test your lights when you receive them! Everyone is happier when we resolve issues quickly.

Our warranty for all our products is 90 days of normal, seasonal use. If a product is defective or fails during the 90 days following receipt of your order, please contact us right away by replying to your order confirmation email. Please include photos of the issue and a photo of your product item number, if applicable. We will work with you to troubleshoot the problem, and if the issue is not easily and quickly resolved, we will correct the situation.

Returns

Like-new, uninstalled products may be returned for a credit to the form of payment used during checkout. Please reach out to us to request return instructions. Reply to your order confirmation email us via our contact page.

Orders must be returned within 30 days of requesting return instructions. After receipt of the return, the amount of the purchase price should be credited within 7 business days.

Do you have this 15 count battery operated incandescent light in multi color. I use these in jeweled Christmas trees.

We do not carry a 15-light multi battery light at this time. You might consider looking at our craft lights that have 10, 15, 20, or 35 lights and are constructed with a 36 inch lead wire between the standard 120 volt plug and the first bulb. We've had customers use these craft lights specifically for frame mounted jeweled/jewelry Christmas trees.
Are these warm white lights, not led?

These lights are incandescent, not LED, and have the look of a traditional glass Christmas light bulb.
on battery incandescent 15 light string does the string stay lite if one bulb goes out?

If a bulb burns out, the rest of the bulbs will stay lit. If a bulb is pulled or half-unseated, the rest of the lights will go out.

Lights did not work

I ordered two battery operated light strands for a mini tree for my dad and paid extra for quick shipping. They arrived within several days which was great. Unfortunately, neither strand would stay lit beyond a few hours even after changing the batteries. Very disappointed as he now has an unlit tree for Christmas.

Hello Amy. We are sorry you were dissapointed with the lights. The description says 'Incandescent 4-6 hours life per battery set.' These lights are designed to be used for short durations like during dinner parties and wedding receptions, not really for long duration events. A much better set of lights would be the battery operated LED fairy lights.
