Please test your lights when you receive them! Everyone is happier when we resolve issues quickly.

Our warranty for all our products is 90 days of normal, seasonal use. If a product is defective or fails during the 90 days following receipt of your order, please contact us right away by replying to your order confirmation email. Please include photos of the issue and a photo of your product item number, if applicable. We will work with you to troubleshoot the problem, and if the issue is not easily and quickly resolved, we will correct the situation.

Orders are shipped Monday - Friday. During this peak season, orders are leaving the warehouse in 1-2 business days. We are doing everything we can to process and ship orders as quickly as we can.

Like-new, uninstalled products may be returned for a credit to the form of payment used during checkout. Please reach out to us to request return instructions. Reply to your order confirmation email us via our contact page. Orders must be returned within 30 days of requesting return instructions. After receipt of the return, the amount of the purchase price should be credited within 7 business days.

Love these lights

These lights are the envy of the neighborhood. I wrapped my two palm trees in these and they are just beautiful. We love sitting outside and looking at them. We have them on a timer that comes on when the landscaping lights come on and they blend perfectly.

Classic look with low wattage

I could string 21 of these LED nets together if needed.. They only use 10 watts per strand! With 400 C9 bulbs and 21 nets, I still only use about 450 watts of power. Amazing! I should have switched to LEDs a long time ago.

Warm colored net lights

We ordered these lights post season to replace older lights so hsve not used them yet. But I plugged them in and am pleased with the light color and construction. Will buy more when needed.

Great lights for the right price

Got these on sale because I will not pay more than $20 a set for net lights. The warm white color leans a little yellow but are exactly the same color as another batch of LED lights I have from 3 years ago. So that made me pleased. I suspect that since they are injection molded they will likely last much longer since water is sealed out of the connections to the LEDs. And give that they are LEDs, the lights themselves will likely outlast me. So my plan is to buy more if I can get them at this price.

Haven't used these yet, but they look lovely and will be nice for around a bush when my patio project is finished! Might get more next winter for Christmas...
