Warranty

Please test your lights when you receive them! Everyone is happier when we resolve issues quickly.

Our warranty for all our products is 90 days of normal, seasonal use. If a product is defective or fails during the 90 days following receipt of your order, please contact us right away by replying to your order confirmation email. Please include photos of the issue and a photo of your product item number, if applicable. We will work with you to troubleshoot the problem, and if the issue is not easily and quickly resolved, we will correct the situation.

Returns

Like-new, uninstalled products may be returned for a credit to the form of payment used during checkout. Please reach out to us to request return instructions. Reply to your order confirmation email us via our contact page.

Orders must be returned within 30 days of requesting return instructions. After receipt of the return, the amount of the purchase price should be credited within 7 business days.

Love these lights!

I wanted to change things out this year, and I ordered LED twinkle bulbs to replace the old incandescent ones I've had for years. Delivery was really fast; they arrived a day before expected. I ordered 25 colored and 25 white bulbs. I only wish I had ordered more, which I will do after the holidays.

Safe for live tree

I am so happy to have lights on our live tree that flash and don't get hot. We like the flashing lights that are independent of one another and interchangeable. The old C7 lights are always of concern on a live tree since they get so hot. I am so pleased with our new LED lights.

Perfect twinkle!

I reviewed C7 Leds elsewhere, I just wanted to comment that the twinkle bulbs are great! I replaced incandescent twinkle bulbs with these, and they are a perfect replacement. The twinkle rate is perfect, and it's random so the bulbs aren't synchronized (I worried about that, thinking they might be "digital"). Unlike incandescent they start twinkling immediately, no warm up! Makes it much easier to see which bulbs are twinkle or not.We use about 20-25% twinkle bulbs on our tree, which look great to us.
