We ship orders Monday through Friday from our Texas warehouse. Orders placed by 1:00 p.m. Central Time usually ship the same day. Orders placed after that time, or on weekends and holidays, will ship the next business day we’re open.

Warranty

Please test your lights when you receive them! Everyone is happier when we resolve issues quickly.

Our warranty for all our products is 90 days of normal, seasonal use. If a product is defective or fails during the 90 days following receipt of your order, please contact us right away by replying to your order confirmation email. Please include photos of the issue and a photo of your product item number, if applicable. We will work with you to troubleshoot the problem, and if the issue is not easily and quickly resolved, we will correct the situation.

Returns

Like-new, uninstalled products may be returned for a credit to the form of payment used during checkout. Please reach out to us to request return instructions. Reply to your order confirmation email us via our contact page.

Orders must be returned within 30 days of requesting return instructions. After receipt of the return, the amount of the purchase price should be credited within 7 business days.

Is it possible to have the orange triple dipped C9 bulbs replaced with yellow C9 triple dipped bulbs? I like the Multicolour pack other than the orange color, gives Halloween vibes.

Thanks for reaching out about customizing your bulb order! While we can't currently swap out individual bulbs in our multipacks, I understand wanting to create the perfect combination.

Here's a suggestion: some customers have found success by purchasing a box of the extra color bulbs alongside their multipack. This allows you to mix and match to achieve the exact look you're going for. Adding a box of triple dipped yellow would allow you to work them into the mix during installation.

Beautiful Lights - Triple Dipped C9

We just love the nostalgic look of the classic C9 lights and receive so many compliments during the holidays. Triple dipped C9s are getting harder and harder to come by. We are so happy the Christmas Light Source is able to keep this in stock and available.

Beautiful, but be careful!

These are gorgeous a have an intense candy-like color saturation. I love them. Five bulbs burned out very quickly. This may have had something to do with the triple dip process but I cannot be certain. I highly recommend you put your cord in place before screwing in the bulbs. Follow the sellers instructions and keep them from touching things. If you are very cautious with these, you'll love them too.

The triple dip really looks better than the regular lights. Highly recommend. Out of two boxes one light was broken. The packaging should better for these delicate bulbs. I also ordered a set of twinle lights and four were broken.
