We ship Monday through Friday. Orders placed by 2 PM CST are typically shipped the same day. Orders placed after this time will ship on the next business day.

Warranty

Please test your lights when you receive them! Everyone is happier when we resolve issues quickly.

Our warranty for all our products is 90 days of normal, seasonal use. If a product is defective or fails during the 90 days following receipt of your order, please contact us right away by replying to your order confirmation email. Please include photos of the issue and a photo of your product item number, if applicable. We will work with you to troubleshoot the problem, and if the issue is not easily and quickly resolved, we will correct the situation.

Returns

Like-new, uninstalled products may be returned for a credit to the form of payment used during checkout. Please reach out to us to request return instructions. Reply to your order confirmation email us via our contact page.

Orders must be returned within 30 days of requesting return instructions. After receipt of the return, the amount of the purchase price should be credited within 7 business days.

Can I run 2-100 foot spt2 strings in series?

Hello Michael,
Yes you can. You will have to install a female plug on the end of 1 of the cords. Here is a link to that item:

Worked great

I ordered 4 of these 100 ft strings to line the roof of my house. The wire is heavy duty and well insulated. I was able to cut the strings to the appropriate length and add male/female plugs where needed. Out of the 400 sockets, only one ended up being malfunctional. For my purposes this did not matter and I just cut that section out of the string. Overall very happy with quality and results.
