Please test your lights when you receive them! Everyone is happier when we resolve issues quickly.

Our warranty for all our products is 90 days of normal, seasonal use. If a product is defective or fails during the 90 days following receipt of your order, please contact us right away by replying to your order confirmation email. Please include photos of the issue and a photo of your product item number, if applicable. We will work with you to troubleshoot the problem, and if the issue is not easily and quickly resolved, we will correct the situation.

Returns

Like-new, uninstalled products may be returned for a credit to the form of payment used during checkout. Please reach out to us to request return instructions. Reply to your order confirmation email us via our contact page.

Orders must be returned within 30 days of requesting return instructions. After receipt of the return, the amount of the purchase price should be credited within 7 business days.

If a bulb goes out, do the remaining bulbs stay lit?

They are designed to stay lit. That being said, if there is a major issue with either the light base or the wiring, it is possible that the string can go out totally.

Gorgeous pure white Net Lights

These were so easy to put up and look amazing on my front hedge. Proving a bright illumination for my pathway. Would highly recommend!

Need Patience unraveling

Only reason I gave a 3 star was the packaging. Ordered 2 sets which took me about 25 minutes to unravel because someone forgot to use a zip tie. I had order 2 green net lights, too which had a zip tie and they were much easier to unravel. If you do not have the patience to sit and try to unravel these net lights than I would not recommend. Once unraveled, I used chair legs to make my square and placed outside on shrubs. Love the bright snowball effect.

High Quality

These are much much better than the $3 store lights you might pick up at the lumber stores. I use them year round on my patio hedges and they've been bullet proof for 2 years. My recent order doesn't have the clear sleeve over the bulb socket, but seems to be OK without it.
