This spool is just what I needed. The 9 inch spacing is perfect for roof lines. The large spool allows me to have multiple lighting configurations to change to each year.
Works as advertised. Made a great display with minimal electrical knowledge
Everything arrived quickly so we could get our house decorated. Good quality products and great customer service.
only way to go if you a lot of areas to cover on your display. order the wire in bulk and roll out what you need and terminate the ends. now you have the exact fit every year.
This 9" C9 bulk wire spacing turned out perfect with Red, Red, White alternating bulbs. I was concerned 12" was too large of spacing and am glad I went with the 9" although you need to buy more bulbs. I also was considering SPT2 but bigger lines get heavy on tall setups, something to think about. Thanks CLS!
I bought this for the entire front of my house and windows. It is very convenient to have these on a large spool and easy to cut to the correct length. A little tedious to have to screw in each individual bulb, but well worth not having them break during installation.
Love this product! Works great! Only negative is that they didn't come with instructions on how to install the male and female plugs. Found helpful video on youtube to complete that step.
Like the 9" spacing, was concerned it would be TOO much, but using the warm white c-9 bulbs it really looks nice. Would recommend this wire.
If you're looking for high quality wire and sockets to create a beautiful and durable long-lasting Christmas display, you've come to the right place. I was nervous to take the leap to custom cut lighting, but wow! I will never go back. It is such a joy to install lights on the house. The included clips are about twice as thick as what you'll ever find at a big box store if you're even lucky enough to find such a set. I'm not an electrician so I wasn't sure how many bulbs I could install LED, or Incandescent. I wasn't sure if the C9 LED bulbs I was planning on using would burn out if I only plugged in one or two or if I needed to install at least 25 or 30 before lighting them up. It turns out you can plug in one or two or 100 C9 LED bulbs. Remove them from areas you don't want lit and then simply cap them off with sockets caps. They're in the accessories section on Christmas Light Source. I called the help line and Dave was so helpful and informative. He gave me all the confidence I needed to make sure I did it right. Take the leap you'll be glad you did.
I used these to cover my house with lights. I loved that the 9" spacing added extra lights for my residential application. All my sockets work and the line was easy to cut to desired lengths.
