Please test your lights when you receive them! Everyone is happier when we resolve issues quickly.

Our warranty for all our products is 90 days of normal, seasonal use. If a product is defective or fails during the 90 days following receipt of your order, please contact us right away by replying to your order confirmation email. Please include photos of the issue and a photo of your product item number, if applicable. We will work with you to troubleshoot the problem, and if the issue is not easily and quickly resolved, we will correct the situation.

Orders are shipped Monday - Friday. During this peak season, orders are leaving the warehouse in 1-2 business days. We are doing everything we can to process and ship orders as quickly as we can.

Like-new, uninstalled products may be returned for a credit to the form of payment used during checkout. Please reach out to us to request return instructions. Reply to your order confirmation email us via our contact page.

Orders must be returned within 30 days of requesting return instructions. After receipt of the return, the amount of the purchase price should be credited within 7 business days.

It is said to Not run more than 250 ft of commercial c9 lights in a series. Does this include the costume extension cord length as well? Example: where I've done a cut and connected a costume extension to reconnect one string of lights to another. Do I add in the footage of theses costume extension cords into the total footage ran in a single series?

That does include an 18AWG extension cord. It also includes branches to dormers and other parts of the house. It does not include a heavy duty extension cord running from the plug to the first plug if you are doing that.

2021 Xmas Light Replacement

After thinking about it for 20 years, we made the commitment to replace the light strings on our house with customized C9 LED (9-inch spacing) and C7 LED (12-inch spacing) strings. We have the C9 strings cut and installed. They look fabulous. We have the C7 strings for around windows and doors cut but ran out of Gilbert plugs(ordered more this morning). We are very pleased with the quality of the light bulbs, wiring(went with SPT-2 and am impressed with the quality - well worth the extra cost) and hardware. We also decided to add the rubber o-rings for rain and snow in Wyoming - glad we did. Ordering and receiving the lights, cords and accessories with Christmas Light Source has been seamless and timely. We went with the Gilbert plugs including the inline plugs and have greatly reduced the number of extension cords. We would highly recommend Christmas Light Source. Will send photos when we are finished. We wish everyone a Very Merry Christmas.

These look like their going to work well. I'm mounting them in a "W" pattern over a 110' x 110' grass field, approximately 14 feet high.

My husband and I are complete newbies at installing Christmas lights and this spool made it easy to cut our lights to the perfect length for our house. Shipment was VERY fast. Excited for this upcoming Holiday season!

Cheaply made, but adequate

I'm not sorry I bought these, but I am disappointed in the quality. The plastic is incredibly thin and it's so easy to cross thread bulbs that it takes twice as long to screw each of the 600 of them in. I don't understand why year after year, products have to suck more and more... this C9 Spool 500' 9" Spacing SPT-1, White Wire is similar to products I've been buying for 15 years and I really wonder how long it will last. I can easily bend, crease, and crush each outlet in my thumb / finger.

This spool is just what I needed. The 9 inch spacing is perfect for roof lines. The large spool allows me to have multiple lighting configurations to change to each year.
