These 25-foot cords feature 25 sockets spaced every 12 inches along 20 AWG wires. Purchase 25 glass or LED C9 bulbs per cord to fill them. These cords come with a Male and Female plug and can be run end to end a MAXIMUM of 2 strings in a single run. Do not run these 25-foot cords in series with any cord that has a different gauge. All of our 50, 100, 500, and 1000-foot cords are 18 AWG so they cannot be run in series with these 25-foot cords.

Warranty

Please test your lights when you receive them! Everyone is happier when we resolve issues quickly.

Our warranty for all our products is 90 days of normal, seasonal use. If a product is defective or fails during the 90 days following receipt of your order, please contact us right away. We will work with you to troubleshoot the problem, and if the issue is not easily and quickly resolved, we will correct the situation.

Shipping

January - July: Orders are shipped Monday - Thursday within 1-2 business days.

August - December: Orders are shipped Monday - Friday within 1-2 business days. 

Orders are not shipping during the weekend or on major holidays.

Returns

We accept returns of products in original, like-new condition within 45 days after an order is received. After receipt of the return at our location, the amount of the purchase price should be credited within 5 business days. Return and original shipping charges are not refunded.

Eligible products have not been installed and are in their original packaging in like-new condition. If returned products are received within 45 days of receiving your order, there is no restocking fee. After 45 days, a 15% restocking fee will be deducted from your merchandise credit. No returns are accepted after 60 days.

Upon receipt of your return, your account will be credited for the cost of the products. Shipping charges are not credited.
