Warranty

Please test your lights when you receive them! Everyone is happier when we resolve issues quickly.

Our warranty for all our products is 90 days of normal, seasonal use. If a product is defective or fails during the 90 days following receipt of your order, please contact us right away by replying to your order confirmation email. Please include photos of the issue and a photo of your product item number, if applicable. We will work with you to troubleshoot the problem, and if the issue is not easily and quickly resolved, we will correct the situation.

Returns

Like-new, uninstalled products may be returned for a credit to the form of payment used during checkout. Please reach out to us to request return instructions. Reply to your order confirmation email us via our contact page.

Orders must be returned within 30 days of requesting return instructions. After receipt of the return, the amount of the purchase price should be credited within 7 business days.

Lights arrived and were broken

Lights arrived and were broken.No bubble wrap in package. I sent an e mail stating that bulbs arrived here broken. That e mail was answered in 24 hours that they would resend the bulbs for replacement of the broken ones.
That was 4 days ago, the replacement bulbs still haven't arrived!

Great purchase

I ordered red and white C9 bulbs and ordered extra ones just in case. Delivered as promised, well package, found only 1 red bulb broken but that is the reason I ordered extra in case of any mishaps. All the bulbs worked and look great!

Just like what I remembered

I bought these for our house last Christmas and they worked great. I wanted to do all red instead of white. Couldn't find them anywhere locally. These fit just fine in our old cords.
