Please test your lights when you receive them! Everyone is happier when we resolve issues quickly.

Our warranty for all our products is 90 days of normal, seasonal use. If a product is defective or fails during the 90 days following receipt of your order, please contact us right away by replying to your order confirmation email. Please include photos of the issue and a photo of your product item number, if applicable. We will work with you to troubleshoot the problem, and if the issue is not easily and quickly resolved, we will correct the situation.

Orders are shipped Monday - Friday. During this peak season, orders are leaving the warehouse in 1-2 business days. We are doing everything we can to process and ship orders as quickly as we can.

Like-new, uninstalled products may be returned for a credit to the form of payment used during checkout. Please reach out to us to request return instructions. Reply to your order confirmation email us via our contact page. Orders must be returned within 30 days of requesting return instructions. After receipt of the return, the amount of the purchase price should be credited within 7 business days.

just what I needed

A nice shade of aqua for a beach themed tree. Definitely different from standard blue and the mix gives a watery effect. A better price than found anywhere else. Thank you!

Not as expected

Wanted the turquoise color - more of a green than turquoise, and not very bright. Color wasn’t uniform on the lights, and you could see white spots when they were lit. All lights worked when plugged in before unraveling. Hung the strands, and section of one strand wouldn’t light. Finally did after a few minutes. Was told by customer service that happens, and to wiggle each individual light after hanging. Also worried about the return policy, as apparently if they’ve been opened and unraveled, you can’t return? For how much they cost, I’ve had better luck with the cheaper lights at Walmart. Returning.

I'm glad we were able to reach you by phone. When there is an issue with lights, we don't expect a return but will request a photo and send out a replacement. Sometimes bulbs can become unseated during installation so we suggest folks visually inspect their strands and reinstall the bulb(s) if that has occurred. We did offer to send you replacements if the issue was not a missing bulb, sorry that was not an option for you. We'll look out for your return and credit your account. Very long and great color

Wasn't really expecting much for the price, but was pleasantly surprised. The strands are super long which for some reason I wasn't expecting. The color is really lovely. The only minor complaint I have is that some lightbulbs aren't fully colored(?), they are mostly a white color instead of the turquoise/teal color, but only a few bulbs are this way, so it's not a huge deal for me. Still very happy!
