Our warranty for all our products is 90 days of normal, seasonal use. If a product is defective or fails during the 90 days following receipt of your order, please contact us right away by replying to your order confirmation email. Please include photos of the issue and a photo of your product item number, if applicable. We will work with you to troubleshoot the problem, and if the issue is not easily and quickly resolved, we will correct the situation.

Will this controller work with what I have… it’s an 80’s era gumball machine with blue rope led lights in it. It is a 1/2” diameter with three pins inline, offset slightly from center. I think the controller that’s in it quit, since it doesn’t light up. I assume it’s not common to have the led light itself go bad? I do not know much about it? I could send you a pic of my plug, or Do you have a picture of the plug? Any help is much appreciated!

Thanks for that extra detail about the pins! It sounds like you have a modern LED rope light installed in that vintage machine.
Even though both are 1/2" in diameter, the internal wiring and pin alignment vary between brands. Our controllers also use offset pins, but we cannot guarantee that they will align perfectly; our controller might not be able to plug into your existing rope light. There is also the possibility that power requirements might be different.
To get your gumball machine back in action, your best bet is usually to find a controller from the original manufacturer of that specific rope light. That way you have a guaranteed 'matched set' that fits perfectly!"
Are the 3 pins inline or triangle? Picture of end would be helpful.

The pins are in a line, not a triangle.

This controller is specifically designed for 3-wire LED rope light spools. However, the connection to the power source uses a standard household 2-prong plug. We will look at that to see if we can make it a little more clear.
