We ship Monday through Friday. Orders placed by 2 PM CST are typically shipped the same day. Orders placed after this time will ship on the next business day.

Please test your lights when you receive them! Everyone is happier when we resolve issues quickly.

Our warranty for all our products is 90 days of normal, seasonal use. If a product is defective or fails during the 90 days following receipt of your order, please contact us right away by replying to your order confirmation email. Please include photos of the issue and a photo of your product item number, if applicable. We will work with you to troubleshoot the problem, and if the issue is not easily and quickly resolved, we will correct the situation.

Returns

Like-new, uninstalled products may be returned for a credit to the form of payment used during checkout. Please reach out to us to request return instructions. Reply to your order confirmation email us via our contact page.

Orders must be returned within 30 days of requesting return instructions. After receipt of the return, the amount of the purchase price should be credited within 7 business days.

Do It Yourself Homeowner

Lights are great ! The only problem is that the instructions do not give enough information. For example, When you connect the electric plug assembly where the run ends, they do not light. they do not tell you that it only works from the beginning end of the rope light. I connected at the opposite end and the lights did not work no matter what I tried. After some investigation on the internet. I connected the lights at the beginning end (start of the roll) and they worked fine. They look really good on my house and I would definitely recommend this product. Just need a little more info for the Do It Yourself home owner.
