If a bulb burns out, will the rest of the lights go out? No, if a bulb burns out, the rest of the lights should stay lit.

How many light strings can I run in series?   UL specifies that light strings can be run up to 210 watts in series end-to-end in a single circuit. Check the specifications of any light string to confirm how many can be safely connected. Exceeding this specification can damage the light sets and/or blow their fuses.

Please test your lights when you receive them! Everyone is happier when we resolve issues quickly.

Our warranty for all our products is 90 days of normal, seasonal use. If a product is defective or fails during the 90 days following receipt of your order, please contact us right away by replying to your order confirmation email. Please include photos of the issue and a photo of your product item number, if applicable. We will work with you to troubleshoot the problem, and if the issue is not easily and quickly resolved, we will correct the situation.

Returns

Like-new, uninstalled products may be returned for a credit to the form of payment used during checkout. Please reach out to us to request return instructions. Reply to your order confirmation email us via our contact page.

Orders must be returned within 30 days of requesting return instructions. After receipt of the return, the amount of the purchase price should be credited within 7 business days.

Return and original shipping charges are not refunded.
