Our warranty for all our products is 90 days of normal, seasonal use. If a product is defective or fails during the 90 days following receipt of your order, please contact us right away by replying to your order confirmation email. Please include photos of the issue and a photo of your product item number, if applicable. We will work with you to troubleshoot the problem, and if the issue is not easily and quickly resolved, we will correct the situation.

Like-new, uninstalled products may be returned for a credit to the form of payment used during checkout. Please reach out to us to request return instructions. Reply to your order confirmation email us via our contact page.

Variable speed? (And is it duration between stoves or duration of the flash?) How does one specify the lamp shape and color on your site?

These are not variable speed. They strobe at random rates. The duration of the strobe (flash) is consistant. If you look on each page for the strobe light strings, under the picture are more pictures and a video. The video will help you see the strobe rate and effect.

The only bulb shape we carry in the strobe strings is a 5mm version. The color is stated in the description of the item. As an example, you sent this question from the "50 light 5mm Pure White Strobe LED Christmas lights" page. So this would be a Pure White string.
