Almost all of our other rope light accessories work with either LED or standard incandescent rope spools but our 3/8" diameter LED rope light spools require this special power connector because they require the extra circuitry associated with rectification.

We ship orders Monday through Friday from our Texas warehouse. Orders placed by 1:00 p.m. Central Time usually ship the same day. Orders placed after that time, or on weekends and holidays, will ship the next business day we’re open.

Warranty

Please test your lights when you receive them! Everyone is happier when we resolve issues quickly.

Our warranty for all our products is 90 days of normal, seasonal use. If a product is defective or fails during the 90 days following receipt of your order, please contact us right away by replying to your order confirmation email. Please include photos of the issue and a photo of your product item number, if applicable. We will work with you to troubleshoot the problem, and if the issue is not easily and quickly resolved, we will correct the situation.

Returns

Like-new, uninstalled products may be returned for a credit to the form of payment used during checkout. Please reach out to us to request return instructions. Reply to your order confirmation email us via our contact page.

Orders must be returned within 30 days of requesting return instructions. After receipt of the return, the amount of the purchase price should be credited within 7 business days.

Return and original shipping charges are not refunded.

Will this direct connect into a rope light that has both male and female ends on it already?

No. This item is for adding a power cord to a section of rope lights that has been cut. If you look at the second picture on the page for this item, you will see a clear sleeve and a disc with prongs on both sides. The disc with the prongs are inserted into the blank end of the rope light and then inserted into the clear sleeve on the power cord and then glued.
Does this cord include everything you need to connect to cut pieces of rope light from the spool? Or do I need to buy the splice pins and connector sockets in addition to the cord?

Yes. The package includes the pins and the glue to connect the rope to the cord.
How long is this cord? Is there longer ones available to assist in clean installs?

The power cord is 5 feet long. The 5 foot cord is the only length we have available.
