On occasion, we get asked the question: What is the best way to hang Christmas lights on my flat roof?
These flat adapters work exclusively to combine with our shingle speed tabs for a great flat roof installation clip system.
Install the adapters with either adhesive silicone or screws (not included) on the roofline.
We suggest you install your lights cords as you install your adapters to account for slight variations that can occur between sockets or bases in Christmas light cords and light strings. In other words, don't install the adapters exactly every 12 inches apart then insert your cords into the speed tabs then install the speed tabs into the adapters.
Install them together as you go. (Hope this helps.)
Note, these will not work with Original Shingle tabs.
Shipping
We ship Monday through Friday. Orders placed by 2 PM CST are typically shipped the same day. Orders placed after this time will ship on the next business day.
Orders are not shipped during the weekend or on major holidays.

Warranty
Please test your lights when you receive them! Everyone is happier when we resolve issues quickly.
Our warranty for all our products is 90 days of normal, seasonal use. If a product is defective or fails during the 90 days following receipt of your order, please contact us right away by replying to your order confirmation email. Please include photos of the issue and a photo of your product item number, if applicable. We will work with you to troubleshoot the problem, and if the issue is not easily and quickly resolved, we will correct the situation.

Returns
Like-new, uninstalled products may be returned for a credit to the form of payment used during checkout. Please reach out to us to request return instructions. Reply to your order confirmation email us via our contact page.
Orders must be returned within 30 days of requesting return instructions. After receipt of the return, the amount of the purchase price should be credited within 7 business days.
Return and original shipping charges are not refunded.
