Please test your lights when you receive them! Everyone is happier when we resolve issues quickly.

Our warranty for all our products is 90 days of normal, seasonal use. If a product is defective or fails during the 90 days following receipt of your order, please contact us right away by replying to your order confirmation email. Please include photos of the issue and a photo of your product item number, if applicable. We will work with you to troubleshoot the problem, and if the issue is not easily and quickly resolved, we will correct the situation.

Returns

Like-new, uninstalled products may be returned for a credit to the form of payment used during checkout. Please reach out to us to request return instructions. Reply to your order confirmation email us via our contact page.

Orders must be returned within 30 days of requesting return instructions. After receipt of the return, the amount of the purchase price should be credited within 7 business days.

How will I go about getting the exact fuse for the icicle blue Christmas lights?

Thank you for your question about replacement fuses for your blue LED icicle lights.
Replacing the fuse should not be an issue. There is an extra fuse located inside the male plug of the light string.
If you need additional replacements, the fuses are a standard size and are readily available at your local hardware store.
For future reference, these lights are very efficient and you can safely string up to 21 sets end to end.
Are the male plugs on these icicle lights piggy back / pass through or just a normal plug?

They have a stackable male plug and a female end plug.
