1. What makes the strobe affect? 2. If one bulb breaks do they all stop working?
The LED's independently flash quickly on and off creating the strobe effect. If one bulb goes out, the rest will sty on unless there is damage to the wiring harness. Hope that answers your question. Let us know if you have others.
