You can return eligible products when you contact us within 14 days of receiving an order to let us know you are returning items from your order. We will respond with our return instructions. Eligible products:
- have not been installed,
- are in their original packaging in like-new condition, and
- are received at our Returns Department within 45 days of you receiving your order.
Please note that upon receipt, a credit will be issued only for products returned. Shipping charges will not be credited. Returns will be completed within 5 business days of delivery/receipt of return. The number of days it will take for refunds to appear on banking and credit card accounts after a refund has been completed will depend on the cardholder's bank or credit card policy.
The customer is responsible for return shipping charges.
After 45 days, a 15% restocking fee is charged. No returns will be accepted after 60 days.
- Email us via our contact page with your name and order number. Or, you may reply to your order confirmation email.
- We will respond with our Return Instructions which includes addressing information.
- Mail your package following the directions provided.
- We will then refund your purchase less shipping when we receive and verify your returned products.
- Credits will be made to the credit card or Paypal account used for the purchase. Credits will appear in your account in 2-10 days based on your bank or credit card institution's policies.
