Do you ship outside of the US?
We currently ship to the US only at this time.
Shipping to Canada has been halted due to ongoing issues with shipping companies and sky-high duties and fees.

When do I need a power adapter for my LED lights?
All of our other LED light strings have standard male and female plugs and do not require special accessories.
The commercial light strings have the word "commercial" in their product titles. They also have a "C" as the first letter of their item number.
Is your recycling program accepting lights?
Yes, we accept lights for recycling all year. Check out all the details on our program here.
