Please test your lights when you receive them! Everyone is happier when we resolve issues quickly.

Our warranty for all our products is 90 days of normal, seasonal use. If a product is defective or fails during the 90 days following receipt of your order, please contact us right away by replying to your order confirmation email. Please include photos of the issue and a photo of your product item number, if applicable. We will work with you to troubleshoot the problem, and if the issue is not easily and quickly resolved, we will correct the situation.

Returns

Like-new, uninstalled products may be returned for a credit to the form of payment used during checkout. Please reach out to us to request return instructions. Reply to your order confirmation email us via our contact page.

Orders must be returned within 30 days of requesting return instructions. After receipt of the return, the amount of the purchase price should be credited within 7 business days.

Are these lights pure white or warm white? I am looking for pure white. Also I am wrapping a 3 ball inside topiary, that is lit 6 - 10 hrs a day. Will they last longer than 3 months?

These are incandescent lights not LED. They are a traditional incandescent bulb color. That would definitely be more warm. Incandescent lights like these will last about 3000 hours.
For pure white, you'd need to consider shopping in our pure white LED lights collection.
Our LED lights should definitely last longer than 3 months unless they are exposed to an unusual environment. For maximum life, plug them into a surge protector.
