Warranty

Please test your lights when you receive them! Everyone is happier when we resolve issues quickly.

Our warranty for all our products is 90 days of normal, seasonal use. If a product is defective or fails during the 90 days following receipt of your order, please contact us right away by replying to your order confirmation email. Please include photos of the issue and a photo of your product item number, if applicable. We will work with you to troubleshoot the problem, and if the issue is not easily and quickly resolved, we will correct the situation.

Returns

Like-new, uninstalled products may be returned for a credit to the form of payment used during checkout. Please reach out to us to request return instructions. Reply to your order confirmation email us via our contact page.

Orders must be returned within 30 days of requesting return instructions. After receipt of the return, the amount of the purchase price should be credited within 7 business days.

How long is the cord of 25 lights and what is the spacing between lights?

Hello Susie,
Thanks for the question. You purchase the bulbs and the cords separately. Our 25-foot cords are 25 feet long with 12 inches between the sockets.

Please make sure you buy the correct cord for the bulbs that you buy. (C7 or C9) For the bulbs you are looking at, you would want to look at the C7(E12) cords.

After ordering the wrong size I contacted the company and was quickly sent the right sized bulbs. The glass globes were to replace plastic ones that had burned out and I was afraid they would look different, causing an uneven light string, but theyâ€™re perfect. I will eventually replace all of the plastic with glass. I was super pleased with how fast and easy it was to exchange the bulbs and the level of customer service. I also buy craft lights to light wine bottles and have never had an issue. Great product and great company!

Good bulbs at a good price

I purchased these bulbs in white,red and green satin. I used them in my patio string lights for Christmas. I love them. In all 3 boxes, there was only one broken bulb and 2 that did not light but by buying in bulk and at sure a good price, I felt like that was a non issue. I will be purchasing new colors for Summer! This is a great resource for replacement bulbs.
