Please test your lights when you receive them! Everyone is happier when we resolve issues quickly.

Our warranty for all our products is 90 days of normal, seasonal use. If a product is defective or fails during the 90 days following receipt of your order, please contact us right away by replying to your order confirmation email. Please include photos of the issue and a photo of your product item number, if applicable. We will work with you to troubleshoot the problem, and if the issue is not easily and quickly resolved, we will correct the situation.

Shipping

Orders are shipped Monday - Friday. During this peak season, orders are leaving the warehouse in 1-2 business days. We are doing everything we can to process and ship orders as quickly as we can.

Orders are not shipped during the weekend or on major holidays.

Like-new, uninstalled products may be returned for a credit to the form of payment used during checkout. Please reach out to us to request return instructions. Reply to your order confirmation email us via our contact page. Orders must be returned within 30 days of requesting return instructions. After receipt of the return, the amount of the purchase price should be credited within 7 business days.

BRIGHT! Not subdued.

If you like BRIGHT Christmas lights than the Wide Angle lights are what you want. My hubbie LOVES the brightness... I would have preferred the more subdued typical Christmas light look. So we struck a happy medium and he turns them off before we retire to bed. :-) These are very high-quality lights.

Better than glass

I put these icicles up all year long and I love the they are not as delicate as the glass icicle lights I used to use. These are a little pricey but they've done well all summer and I like that they don't use much electricity.
