Please test your lights when you receive them! Everyone is happier when we resolve issues quickly.

Our warranty for all our products is 90 days of normal, seasonal use. If a product is defective or fails during the 90 days following receipt of your order, please contact us right away by replying to your order confirmation email. Please include photos of the issue and a photo of your product item number, if applicable. We will work with you to troubleshoot the problem, and if the issue is not easily and quickly resolved, we will correct the situation.

Like-new, uninstalled products may be returned for a credit to the form of payment used during checkout. Please reach out to us to request return instructions. I am looking for pink, lavender, baby blue. Are these available?

Thanks for the question. We have hot pink, hot purple and royal blue. Unfortunately, we do not carry pastel colors. You might consider our glass opaque bulbs that are a little closer. Keep in mind that the purple is more of a magenta rather than lavender. Please let me know if you have other questions.

Using E17 cord with 15 inch spacing and C9 SMD LED Dimmable Bulbs, what is the maximum length I can use for a single run? Thank You - Rex

The limit is the line limit of 250 feet, not the amount of LED bulbs. If you need longer that 250 feet, you can put a T on the end of the extention cord and run up to 250 feet 1 way and 250 feet the other way.

EXCELLENT!! Faceted C9 SMD style of LED Christmas Bulbs

These type of bulb is not your normal run of the mill Christmas light bulb. They are the the cream of the crop! Super bright using 5 diode LEDs built inside using only .58 watts which equate that 100 bulbs will use only 58 watts of energy, now that is putting money back into your pocket when those lights are turned on over a long periods of time. Yes you may pay a little more for this bulb but you get that few extra cents back in first season of use. No more glass bulbs breaking and having to be careful, love this factor, high quality here. True color displayed are perfect. Christmas Light Source thanks for putting out a great product!

Worth the Money

These are very high quality LED lights! The faceted plastic that cover the 5 internal LEDs is durable and strong. This color is bright and beautiful. I have these lights paired with Pure White and Green LEDs and they look very nice! I wish they were less expensive. However, I considered this Christmas light project an investment in beauty that I have no doubt will give many years of reliable service. The neighbors all want to know where I bought my amazing Christmas lights.

Bright lights, reasonable price

This was my first time ordering replacement/retrofit C9 LED bulbs. These ones are bright. Each bulb has 5 LEDs inside, as opposed to the cheap eBay ones, or the really crummy molded units you find at the big box stores. These run cool to the touch (as all LED lights do), but the biggest benefit in my view is they appear about as bright as the old-school glass bulbs. I also like that these won't break in storage the way the old glass bulbs typically do.
