100 C7 or C9 Magnetic Christmas Light Clips SPT-1

Good solution for hanging C9 lights on metal rain gutters. Once they are all up they seem to work well and hold in most winter weather conditions including snow and heavy rainfall. The challenge is in hanging them. Tricky to keep from pulling off while hanging these with just one person as they disengage easily with any downward weight applied to the strings while installing them. Once that happens you get a domino effect where they all pull off. Installing seems to work best if 2 people are involved. One person to install the lights the second person to hold the remaining string in the air to keep the weight off the lights just hung. Using that method it goes pretty fast and once the whole string is up it works well as mentioned above.

The magnet clips made things a breeze when install lights on a metal roof. It’s so much quicker installing on metal roofs than with shingles w/ shingle clips. I was hesitant install lights on metal roofs but now I see it’s so much faster and easier I would rather take on metal roofs over your shingle roofs. We recently had high winds due to cold front moving in and the lights didn’t budge at all. Those small magnets are pretty strong and they’ll be my go to with any metal roof lines to install Xmas lights.

These were amazing and so easy to install. I put all the clips on and handed them up to the roof where my husband just barely reached over to just pop them on. I used two at the ends where I plugged them into an extension cord. Secured the extension cord and perfect!

I am SO, so happy I found these clips! It was getting harder to encourage my husband to put them up because the shingle clips were time consuming and started causing damage to the shingles after many years of use. My husband was very excited to try these out and got our lights strung up in less than half the time it normally would take. I'm really excited to add more lights around the whole house next year! Extremely pleased with the quality and sturdiness of the magnets. Delivery was very fast too; we received them 3 days sooner than expected. Will definitely recommend to others.

the magnetic clips for my C9 lights works great. I am so glad I found these, makes putting up lights a lot faster and easier. I have a metal roof and the magnets are perfect for this application. Best thing since sliced bread.
