Does that mean that only part of these light actual turn on and off? Not all the bulbs the set turn on and off? Looking for a set where all the bulbs twinkle or chase each other.
That is a great question. These are twinkle lights. The traditional function of twinkle lights is more of a subtle effect. That is why 80% of the bulbs are steady and only 20% of the bulbs twinkle. We do have a product that that we refer to as a strobe string. In these strings, all of the bulbs flash in a random manner. They do not chase. What is the actual spacing and overall length of these 5mm pure white strings? Specifications show 6" spacing and the video says 4" spacing. Description says 17' 8" and specification says 25' Also are these a regular 120 volt plugs?
Thanks for your question. The length is approximately 25 feet long. The spacing is approximately 6 inches between the bulbs. They run on regular 120 volt household current.

Do the 50 Pure White Twinkle Wide Angle LED White Wire have a soft slow twinkle or a quick on to off effect?
The bulbs that randomly twinkle on this light set quickly turn on and off. There is not a fade associated with the twinkle. The effect would not be considered slow.
