Please test your lights when you receive them! Everyone is happier when we resolve issues quickly.

Our warranty for all our products is 90 days of normal, seasonal use. If a product is defective or fails during the 90 days following receipt of your order, please contact us right away by replying to your order confirmation email. Please include photos of the issue and a photo of your product item number, if applicable. We will work with you to troubleshoot the problem, and if the issue is not easily and quickly resolved, we will correct the situation.

Orders are shipped Monday - Friday. During this peak season, orders are leaving the warehouse in 1-2 business days. We are doing everything we can to process and ship orders as quickly as we can.

Like-new, uninstalled products may be returned for a credit to the form of payment used during checkout. Please reach out to us to request return instructions. Reply to your order confirmation email us via our contact page. Orders must be returned within 30 days of requesting return instructions. After receipt of the return, the amount of the purchase price should be credited within 7 business days.

Woo Hoo we out did the neighbors!!!

These are TRULY the BRIGHTEST Lights we have ever gotten! They are not only STUNNING but NO ONE has these TEAL COLORS! We are definitely going to be LONG term customers.
Plus the fact that the customer service office went above and beyond by doing an "office pole" when I asked what color would go best with the teal and they were right, shows me that this company really does take pride in their products but also prides themselves in helping the customer any way they can! That doesn't exist hardly at all anymore!
Also the shipping was extremely fast!

Order Came On Time

I have not tried the lights yet, but the order came right away.

Nice aqua look

I bought these LEDS to try in the 36" spaced C9 strings, to put in a crape myrtle instead of wrapping all the branches in mini lights. I like the look. These teal c9 bulb are a little more blue and less green in color compared to the G12 round teal lights that I got last year, but I am not certain if that's a manufacturing difference, or if the plastic on the G12 string lights faded a little during last year... Still close enough in color that it doesn't clash too badly. Really enjoy the teal lights much better than the usual "blue" LED color.
