  • Can the cord be cut at the end with LED bulbs?

    Thank you for reaching out to us.  This item is just the bulbs.  They do not come with cords.  The cords are sold separately.  That being said, the cords that go with these bulbs are customizable by cutting them.  Here is a link to the cords: https://www.christmas-light-source.com/collections/c9-cords-spt-1

  • What is average lifespan of LED bulbs? Or average hours?

    Thank you for your question. The average potential lifespan rating for these bulbs is 35000 hours.  That being said, proper storage during off-season, exposure to weather conditions, and the quality of the bulb construction can influence how long they last.

  • When will the C9 Warm White filament LED bulbs be available?

    We hope these bulbs will arrive within the next 3 to 4 weeks or so. We're looking forward to their return as well. Bureacracy at the West coast adds time to the that is impossible to predict.
