Is this product with the 3/8" base?

The G40 Green Satin Glass Bulbs have an E12 base, which is also commonly referred to as a candelabra base.
When do you anticipate bulbs G40-E125WFGRN and G50-E177WFGRN being back in stock? I'd like to place an order for these along with yellow, red, blue and pink in the G40 & G50 sizes as well but would rather wait until the green bulbs are back in stock. Also, I have read that the government is no longer going to allow the manufacture of incandescent bulbs soon? Does that restriction apply to these types of Christmas lights?
