Warranty
Please test your lights when you receive them! Everyone is happier when we resolve issues quickly.
Our warranty for all our products is 90 days of normal, seasonal use. If a product is defective or fails during the 90 days following receipt of your order, please contact us right away by replying to your order confirmation email. Please include photos of the issue and a photo of your product item number, if applicable. We will work with you to troubleshoot the problem, and if the issue is not easily and quickly resolved, we will correct the situation.

Returns
Like-new, uninstalled products may be returned for a credit to the form of payment used during checkout. Please reach out to us to request return instructions. Reply to your order confirmation email us via our contact page.
Orders must be returned within 30 days of requesting return instructions. After receipt of the return, the amount of the purchase price should be credited within 7 business days.
Return and original shipping charges are not refunded.

Thank you so much for these bulbs. Exactly what I was looking for to replace and match my old ones; satin blue look. I was worried since they are shiny outside they wouldn't be satin look like mine. But plugged in look exactly like mine! Unreal. Have a wonderful holidays!!!
I bought these blue lights as well as the red, yellow, and green to go as replacement bulbs on my snow flocked Christmas tree. I specifically ordered from this site because I was looking for the dark blue pictured in these pictures. My yellow, red, and green were great but the blue is a lot lighter than what is pictured and looks more turquoise than royal blue, I bought 50 blue lights! What a waste!
I ordered these lights to decorate my backyard for a friend's baby shower. I ordered an extra box which was a good thing because I broke a couple of them when I was installing them. I might order some of the white and red ones.
