Do you ship outside of the US?
Sorry, we currently only ship to the Continental US, Hawaii, and Alaska.
We don't currently ship to Canada or Mexico.
What are your shipping guidelines and warranty and return policies?

Do you have a print catalog?
We keep our website up to date with all the products we are currently offering. At this time we don't have a print catalog.

When do I need a power adapter for my LED lights?
Only our commercial LED strings need adapters. They have proprietary coaxial screw down connectors. You'll need a power adapter or plug adapter in order to plug them into an electrical outlet.
All of our other LED light strings have standard male and female plugs and do not require special accessories.
The commercial light strings have the word "commercial" in their product titles. They also have a "C" as the first letter of their item number.
Is your recycling program accepting lights?
Yes, we accept lights for recycling all year. Check out all the details on our program here.
