Wife is very happy with the lights!!!
The lights appear to be of very good quality, but it is misleading to call them twinkling. Some of the lights are constantly on. Some flash rapidly. Only a few go off and on more slowly in what I would call a twinkly effect.
I am happy with this light string, and like the random flashing that several of the lights have. I will be sure to place it on my tree each year.
The lights are just as described, they arrived quickly and look great. I like how this retailer differentiates between twinkling, flashing, and sparkling lights; these twinkle, albeit close to flashing. I shrouded a mulberry tree in these lights as a seasonal replacement for my post light and it's pleasantly bright and charmingly twinkles.
The 5mm conical shape focuses light in such a way that these are dazzlingly bright! The twinkle function is subtle enough to remain elegant.

These beauties are exactly what I could not find in my local stores! I mistakenly ordered non-blinking but not to worry because this company sells light and responds with "light". How refreshing!
Just plugged in one string to see the effect. Should look really nice on the tree next Christmas.
I got these for some swag garland on our porch. They work great and match a lot of the other warm white LED's already installed. Because only a few lights twinkle, it makes for a great effect that is not overwhelming.
I purchased both these and a strand of the incandescent twinkle lights hoping to match a set from many years ago. Unfortunately, these LED twinkle lights are not like the incandescent. They blink on and off, though not all at the same time, rather than flickering like the other strand. However, it looks very mechanical rather than the relaxing flickering I was hoping for. The most noticeable difference is how bright these are. They aren't as warm as the incandescent string lights and are so bright you can't look directly at them for very long. I messaged about these before purchasing and was told they were meant to be exactly the same as the incandescent twinkle lights, so it was a bit disappointing when I went to put them on my tree and they were very different. It seems that no LED twinkle light set can replicate the classic twinkle lights. If you aren't trying to match your old twinkle lights, I'm sure these would be a great new set and because they are so bright, you might even use less lights than you previously would with incandescent string lights. But if you are trying to match your classic twinkle lights, the incandescent set sold here is the way to go! They are absolutely perfect.
