Bad Bulbs

Of the box of 25 C7 Teal bulbs, I had 3 bad bulbs. Not happy to have that many bad bulbs.

The shipping company must have had a field day with your shipment. It is uncommon to have that many bulbs arrive DOA. We have seen a few orders that are bounced around enough that the seals between the glass bulbs and the bases are affected.

Our customer service team has reached out to you to discuss your situation. Sorry for the inconvenience.
