Please test your lights when you receive them! Everyone is happier when we resolve issues quickly.

Our warranty for all our products is 90 days of normal, seasonal use. If a product is defective or fails during the 90 days following receipt of your order, please contact us right away by replying to your order confirmation email. Please include photos of the issue and a photo of your product item number, if applicable. We will work with you to troubleshoot the problem, and if the issue is not easily and quickly resolved, we will correct the situation.

Like-new, uninstalled products may be returned for a credit to the form of payment used during checkout. Please reach out to us to request return instructions. Reply to your order confirmation email us via our contact page.

Orders must be returned within 30 days of requesting return instructions. After receipt of the return, the amount of the purchase price should be credited within 7 business days.

Do the incandescent bulbs in this light set have pinched bases?

Great question! The bulbs in this specific set feature a standard rounded base (where the glass stays circular all the way to the copper wires).
What is the difference?
- Rounded Base (Standard): These are the most common in professional-grade light sets. They provide a sturdy, snug fit in the plastic husk.
- Pinched Base: These have glass that is slightly tapered or 'pinched' flat at the very bottom. They are often sold as 'universal' replacements because they can fit into some tighter, older husks.
Compatibility Tip: While rounded bulbs are the standard for our sets, if you are looking for replacement bulbs, always check your existing husk. If your current set was designed for pinched bulbs, a rounded replacement might sit a fraction of a millimeter higher, which could prevent the copper wires from making a solid connection. Since this set comes with rounded bulbs, it is best to stay with rounded replacements for the most reliable connection!
