These Chasing Rope lights are great for creating movement in lighting displays.
You can cut these every 72 inches between the cut marks (dotted white lines placed along the rope.) For each length of rope, needed to install a power connector, power cord, and an end cap on the opposite end.
The connections in rope are "floating" so there is a limit to how tightly you can wind them around poles and columns. Also note that if a section of rope light should fail, splice connectors are included with each spool to allow you to replace that section.
The hardware needed for up to 3 set ups (3 lengths of rope light) is included with every 150 foot spool. (Contains 3 power connectors, 3 additional power cords, 3 splice connectors and 30 clips). Controllers are available for purchase seperatlely on our 3-Wire Rope Light Controllers
Easy to assemble, these rope lights will give you the professional results you are looking for. This 2-wire rope lights can be cut between cut marks that are located every 72 inches. (In other words, do not cut them any shorter than 72 inches and your longer ropes will have to be in multiples of 72 inches.)
Customers have used these lights for:
- lighting a Christmas display
- outlining rides at amusement parks
- under tents at tailgate parties
