Warranty

Please test your lights when you receive them! Everyone is happier when we resolve issues quickly.

Our warranty for all our products is 90 days of normal, seasonal use. If a product is defective or fails during the 90 days following receipt of your order, please contact us right away by replying to your order confirmation email. Please include photos of the issue and a photo of your product item number, if applicable. We will work with you to troubleshoot the problem, and if the issue is not easily and quickly resolved, we will correct the situation.

Shipping

Orders are shipped Monday - Friday. During this peak season, orders are leaving the warehouse in 1-2 business days. We are doing everything we can to process and ship orders as quickly as we can.

Orders are not shipped during the weekend or on major holidays.

Like-new, uninstalled products may be returned for a credit to the form of payment used during checkout. Please reach out to us to request return instructions. Reply to your order confirmation email us via our contact page. Orders must be returned within 30 days of requesting return instructions. After receipt of the return, the amount of the purchase price should be credited within 7 business days.

Fire hazard

I loved these but after about 10 months of use they're in the garbage. A few months ago some bulbs stopped working but that didnt bother me much. Then yesterday others were burning VERY bright. We turned them off right away and they were HOT. The bulbs are blackened. They were near a sheer curtain and definitely posed a fire hazard. Disappointing.

Thanks for your review to let other folks know what to expect from glass mini lights and curtains. The average lifespan of a light set with glass bulbs is about 3000 hours. If the lights are on full time, that's roughly 4 months.

We do suggest that as bulbs burn out, they be replaced with the replacements shipped with the sets because the same amount of current that runs through all the bulbs continues to run through the bulbs that are still lit. That means that as bulbs burn out without being replaced, the others will get brighter until they reach the end of their lifespan.

I'm glad you had 10 months of use from these sets. We love to use them indoors and outdoors along fences as well.

Our LED curtain lights don't heat up under operation and might be a style that is a better choice for your window moving forward.

Mini string lights

Lights were exactly what I wanted. They were easy to put up and look great. One bulb was out but didn't effect string. I may be ordering more. Thanks.

Works great!

Lights arrived in a timely manner, and they're now making our Christmas celebration brighter! One strand had a bulb missing and the wire in it protrudes up where the bulb should be. When I first took them out of the package, it did cause the strand not to light up partially. But after a minute of fiddling with it, I was able to bring the lights back on. I'm sure it was a fluke defect. Otherwise, very happy with the purchase! ** From Customer Service: Sarah, your replacement set is on it's way!**
