Warranty

Please test your lights when you receive them! Everyone is happier when we resolve issues quickly.

Our warranty for all our products is 90 days of normal, seasonal use. If a product is defective or fails during the 90 days following receipt of your order, please contact us right away by replying to your order confirmation email. Please include photos of the issue and a photo of your product item number, if applicable. We will work with you to troubleshoot the problem, and if the issue is not easily and quickly resolved, we will correct the situation.

Shipping

Orders are shipped Monday - Friday. During this peak season, orders are leaving the warehouse in 1-2 business days. We are doing everything we can to process and ship orders as quickly as we can.

Orders are not shipped during the weekend or on major holidays.

Returns

Like-new, uninstalled products may be returned for a credit to the form of payment used during checkout. Please reach out to us to request return instructions. Reply to your order confirmation email us via our contact page. Orders must be returned within 30 days of requesting return instructions. After receipt of the return, the amount of the purchase price should be credited within 7 business days.

Great Light Clips

I was very pleased to find your website with these clips. I had purchased some several years ago and the local store no longer carried them. After trying many different brands of light clips, I found these to work the best on our gutters. Great product and the sunshine is the only thing that, after time, makes it necessary to replace a few every year.

Best Light Clip Ever

I have to admit that I am . . . fussy when it comes to how my Christmas lights look and this clip is the secret to professional looking results. Works under shingles, on siding corners, raingutters or under the drip edge. Holds the light secure and in place - no dangling lights or up/down action. Not that those things are bad, it just isn't what I want. I ordered 350, going to order another 200 to make sure I have these for years to come.
