Warranty

Please test your lights when you receive them! Everyone is happier when we resolve issues quickly.

Our warranty for all our products is 90 days of normal, seasonal use. If a product is defective or fails during the 90 days following receipt of your order, please contact us right away by replying to your order confirmation email. Please include photos of the issue and a photo of your product item number, if applicable. We will work with you to troubleshoot the problem, and if the issue is not easily and quickly resolved, we will correct the situation.

Shipping

Orders are shipped Monday - Friday. During this peak season, orders are leaving the warehouse in 1-2 business days. We are doing everything we can to process and ship orders as quickly as we can.

Orders are not shipped during the weekend or on major holidays.

Returns

Like-new, uninstalled products may be returned for a credit to the form of payment used during checkout. Please reach out to us to request return instructions. Reply to your order confirmation email us via our contact page. Orders must be returned within 30 days of requesting return instructions. After receipt of the return, the amount of the purchase price should be credited within 7 business days.

Are these LED?

Do you have green wire, clear bulb curtain lights with 100 bulbs?

Our smallest curtain lights contain 150 bulbs not 100. Here is a link:

Excellent curtain lights

I have used curtain lights in my windows at Xmas for over 20 years. I put them in each window of my house. They are easy to install. I am also glad you have the longer strands now. These are the best quality of any that I have seen. I am so grateful that you carry them as they are very hard to find. Thank you so much!!

Lights are versital.

Lights are very versital. I use them as Christmas decorations in winter. The lights make our house look like a small city. I use them around the pool in the summer for a gentle glow. I've been doing this for at least ten years, so obviously am a fan of this style light.

Just what the hedge needed

These were packaged very well- no tangles! Easy to install and they look great on a tall hedge in our backyard, adding nice backdrop light for our party.
