Please test your lights when you receive them! Everyone is happier when we resolve issues quickly.

Our warranty for all our products is 90 days of normal, seasonal use. If a product is defective or fails during the 90 days following receipt of your order, please contact us right away by replying to your order confirmation email. Please include photos of the issue and a photo of your product item number, if applicable. We will work with you to troubleshoot the problem, and if the issue is not easily and quickly resolved, we will correct the situation.

Shipping

Orders are shipped Monday - Friday. During this peak season, orders are leaving the warehouse in 1-2 business days. We are doing everything we can to process and ship orders as quickly as we can.

Orders are not shipped during the weekend or on major holidays.

Like-new, uninstalled products may be returned for a credit to the form of payment used during checkout. Please reach out to us to request return instructions. Reply to your order confirmation email us via our contact page. Orders must be returned within 30 days of requesting return instructions. After receipt of the return, the amount of the purchase price should be credited within 7 business days.

These lights are excellent, exactly what I'd been looking for and on sale! I also appreciated the fast shipping. This is my new business to buy my Christmas lights.

Decent lights

I ordered 2 sets. One of them turned on and then immediately went off. It turned out to be a loose wire inside one of the lights, the copper end of the wire was not lined up. It was easily fixed with a pliers. Twinkling function works properly.

These are perfect!!

I have these twinkle lights wrapped around a palm tree in my patio. It really adds a soft/warm ambiance. So glad I found this company!!

Nothing like it

I haven't seen anything like these lights. Just individual bulbs (the slightly bigger bulbs) will individually twinkle. It is very whimsical. I have owned these for years now. I started seeing several burned out bulbs this year and I had already used my spares. I just ordered new this year and scraped my old ones for all the bulbs. Now I have lots of extra bulbs and fuses.
