Please test your lights when you receive them! Everyone is happier when we resolve issues quickly.

Our warranty for all our products is 90 days of normal, seasonal use. If a product is defective or fails during the 90 days following receipt of your order, please contact us right away by replying to your order confirmation email. Please include photos of the issue and a photo of your product item number, if applicable. We will work with you to troubleshoot the problem, and if the issue is not easily and quickly resolved, we will correct the situation.

Orders are shipped Monday - Friday. During this peak season, orders are leaving the warehouse in 1-2 business days. We are doing everything we can to process and ship orders as quickly as we can.

Like-new, uninstalled products may be returned for a credit to the form of payment used during checkout. Please reach out to us to request return instructions. Reply to your order confirmation email us via our contact page. Orders must be returned within 30 days of requesting return instructions. After receipt of the return, the amount of the purchase price should be credited within 7 business days.

Excellent Product

These completely replicate the old GE "Twinkle Bright" incandescent lights I was raised with. The individual bulbs randomize their blinking at a comfortable rate to provide a soft bit of twinkle effect to the tree, and with individual screw-in bulbs, it's possible to rearrange with other solid color bulbs to maximize effect. And best of all: they remain cool while in use! This is my 2nd order after seeing in the previous year how well they worked and the quality of construction.

LED lights for the Incandescent lover

I normally hate LEDs on my tree because they are often too bright and too bluish for the nostalgic look I want, but I also don't want to burn down the house or blow a fuse with incandescent bulbs. These lights were such a great find! They blink on and off at the right speed and the warm glow is exactly what I wanted. I would almost forget they were LED except they are cool to the touch. I will be definitely be buying more in other styles and colors now that I know the white lights are right.
