Please test your lights when you receive them! Everyone is happier when we resolve issues quickly.

Our warranty for all our products is 90 days of normal, seasonal use. If a product is defective or fails during the 90 days following receipt of your order, please contact us right away by replying to your order confirmation email. Please include photos of the issue and a photo of your product item number, if applicable. We will work with you to troubleshoot the problem, and if the issue is not easily and quickly resolved, we will correct the situation.

Shipping

Orders are shipped Monday - Friday. During this peak season, orders are leaving the warehouse in 1-2 business days. We are doing everything we can to process and ship orders as quickly as we can.

Orders are not shipped during the weekend or on major holidays.

Returns

Like-new, uninstalled products may be returned for a credit to the form of payment used during checkout. Please reach out to us to request return instructions. Reply to your order confirmation email us via our contact page. Orders must be returned within 30 days of requesting return instructions. After receipt of the return, the amount of the purchase price should be credited within 7 business days.

We are very pleased with the LEDs, they look good a night.

These twinkling warm white LED bulbs look fantastic and will add some wonderful movement to our city's Christmas tree. I look forward to many year's of enjoyment from this product.

Effect works great!!

At first I was afraid that if the power was turned on at the same moment for all the led bulbs they would just all turn on and off in sync which defeats the effect I was looking for like the old school twinkle lamps. Once I got them I turned a string of 100 on and in a few moments they were all blinking separate from each other! They look really great! Better then the old school version! And I don't need to worry about bulbs burning out from year to year! I highly suggest any of the colors if you are looking for twinkle effects!
