A: Rectified means that the lights won't have as much flicker as cheaper lights since the input waveform is smoothed out (rectified).
Pure white just means that they are more of a sharp neutral cool white instead of the warmer, yellower strands.
Strawberry means that they are a "cone" shape. It's a marketing term used in the Christmas LED industry. It includes the shapes of lenses that come to a bit of a rounded point. (The C6, C7 and C9)
