Ways to use mini lights constructed with black wire and bases
- Dress up a black-tie or formal event. Rather than wrap a set of
lights with green wire around a black column, accent it with these mini
lights to accessorize the room. The wire color will blend in and the
lights will really "pop".
- Accenting the ceiling of your venue? The black wire on these mini
lights helps camouflage how the lights are hung and gives more of an
appearance of lights twinkling above you party-goers heads. Very
magical. Now that we offer the lights in colors like pink and purple,
you can even accent the dance floor with your wedding colors.
- Decorate for prom by hanging lights in your school colors from the
gym ceiling. (I guess they still have prom at the gym somewhere......).
Or decorate for the next big dance by hanging the lights in this
category on the ceiling - if your event is in the evening, the
"disappearing wire" makes managing the cords easier.
- Lights with black wire are especially nice for theater applications
where you are using black drapes or backdrops. As part of set lighting,
they are particularly easy to disguise against a dark background.
Consider using mini lights with black wire on frames and structures.
The wire is less obvious if you are spanning gaps and filling a space
with lights. If you actually need to jump between structures, be sure
to take a look at black out caps that will allow you to cover the bulbs
simply and easily. The caps snug on and make your finished project look
really polished.
- Mini lights with black wire are great if you have 110V available for
your parade float - the wire will disappear in the dark and the lights
will show to their best advantage.
This is just a partial list but these lights are great for Christmas and
non-Holiday projects and events. Whether you need to build a backdrop
of lights for a store display, are decorating for a prom or just
lighting up a chic Christmas tree, these lights will make that job just a
little easier.
